We know accidents happen with your drone, and we get requests for drone parts or repairs of drones several times day. Unfortunately these are NOT services we provide!
Our recommendation – is generally to contact DJI Support, they have a great repair service and we have found they are normally reliably priced as well.
For our Perth customers, there is a local repair agent as well – ElkFish Robotics – who we have always had great feedback on!
Contacting DJI For Support:
Visit DJI Support – and select the relevant option, normally it will be request repair service online. You will need to login with your DJI ID (same as you use on your device) and follow the steps from there.
