When will you ship my order?
Orders placed for shipment via Australia Post services before 2pm on business days, will normally be in the post on the same day.
Orders placed for courier shipment will normally be collected by the courier the following morning.
If we expect to see a delay in your order shipping, we will let you know!
How long will it take my order to be delivered?
This really depends on where you are! To check for shipments via Australia Post – you can visit the Australia Post website. We ship from post code 6065 and you can calculate the approximate delivery time frame for the differing freight options.
Please do note, that there are delays across ALL transport networks due to COVID 19 and we are seeing varying delivery timeframes on all shipment methods. Lots of parcels are arriving in the time we would expect, but some are being delayed due to reduced transport options.
You’ve phoned me and asked for ID? Why?
Due to increases in disputed transactions, and stolen credit card usage – we do randomly contact customers and confirm their identify before shipping orders. This is to help protect us as a small business, and also ensure we are providing products to the right people. Please don’t be offended if we contact you!
The product I want is not currently in stock?
We aim to have most products in stock most of the time – obviously sometimes however there may be gaps in our stock holding.
We have made the decision at this stage to only allow orders to be placed on products that are in stock, rather than accepting backorders. If there is a specific product we don’t have in stock – it will normally be on order with our suppliers – please reach out for information on when we expect stock as needed!
Can I collect from you?
Yes! We welcome collections from us in Hocking – which is located in Perth’s northern suburbs. We do ask that you let us know when you are coming – we are a home business, so not always here.
Can I call you to discuss what I need?

Can I view the products?
Yes! We have a show area in the front room, where we have all products available for you to see and select from
You have safety signage and safety vests – can I customise with my logo or change the wording?
Yes! We do need to charge a small ‘artwork’ and ‘test’ fee for this – but work to minimise this. Please reach out to discuss your requirements.
SHIPPING OF BATTERIES
This is an important one! When you order batteries, please do not select a shipping service that has air freight (EG – if you are outside of Perth, and want Express Post) as they cannot ship via this method. We will need to change your order to a road freight method.
But… But.. .But – I want something specific
Can’t find what you are after? EG – A Backpack, or a specific charger or other items for your drone? Let us know and we will see what we can source from our range of suppliers. Please be aware however – anything we bring in as a custom order cannot be cancelled or changed and may require up front payment
