Drone Accessories Australia – Your One-Stop Shop for DJI Avata 360 Accessories

The DJI Avata 360 is unlike anything DJI has built before — and we’ve got the accessories to back it up.

About the DJI Avata 360

Launched in March 2026, the Avata 360 is DJI’s first ever 360-degree drone, and it’s a genuinely exciting piece of kit. At its core is a dual-lens camera system with two 1-inch-equivalent sensors that capture full spherical 8K/60fps HDR video and 120MP stills — meaning you no longer have to worry about perfectly framing your shot in the air. Just fly, capture everything around you, and reframe in post exactly how you want it.

What makes the Avata 360 really stand out is its flexibility. Fly it FPV-style with DJI goggles and a motion controller for a fully immersive experience, or use a standard RC controller like the RC2 or RC-N3 for a more traditional feel — it works brilliantly either way. And if you want classic forward-facing footage, simply switch to Single Lens mode for 4K/60fps FPV video, just like the Avata 2. One drone, two completely different workflows.

It also comes packed with smart features including ActiveTrack 360°, Spotlight Free, Advanced Return to Home with LiDAR obstacle sensing, and 42GB of internal storage — enough for around 30 minutes of 8K 360 footage without needing a memory card. The front lens element is even user-replaceable, which is a welcome touch for anyone who pushes their flying.

Worth noting: at 455g the Avata 360 sits above the 250g threshold, so you’ll need to register it before flying in Australia. Worth every bit of paperwork.
